We assisted in creating a sustainable Web governance solution and ensuring the successful direction of PHAC’s e-communications assets. Our assignments included but were not limited to: assisting in the development of policies, processes and standards for the Web; advising on new innovative technologies; managing social marketing web projects; managing and new template design for the Common Look and Feel 2.0 conversion project; advising and project management of Web strategy implementation; project management, design and development of the development of the Intranet PHAC Web toolbox; project management and hands-on design and development of multiple concurrent Web projects; and creating web communications and marketing plans and strategies.
